The survey should take staff 10 to 15 minutes to complete

The survey is applicable to all staff, including teaching assistants, teachers, management, and non-teaching operational staff - all those who work in the school full-time or part-time.

Sandpiper works in partnership with a school, and discussion with senior leadership after initial data analysis is an invaluable part of the collaborative process. Representative members of teaching and operational staff can provide additional insights which help to inform feedback and suggestions. The service is personal to the school and this enables bespoke and relevant responses to be made. 

The report should be with you within four weeks of the survey and interviews being completed. 

The cost depends on the size of the school, and the extent to which the school wishes the survey to be bespoke. To arrange for a quotation, please email margaretwhite@sandpiperconsulting.org.  Please note that Sandpiper wishes to make this an affordable service available to any school that would benefit from it, and would not wish cost to stand in the way.  

The survey is conducted on-line via a hidden page on the Sandpiper website to which participating schools are given access. Survey responses are received directly at Sandpiper and to preserve anonymity raw data is never sent to the school.

All data is stored securely by Sandpiper, and is used for benchmarking purposes. 

Individual teachers are welcome to do the Sandpiper Survey in order to add to benchmarking data. To do so they should email margaretwhite@sandpiperconsulting.org requesting access.
