• We sometimes ask you to supply contact information.
• If you are completing our survey we will ask you to provide us with information regarding your professional work, but you will not be required to give any identifiable personal information. 

3. What do we do with the information we gather?

We only use personal information that you provide to us for the purpose stated at the time we request it. 

• We may use the information to contact you about our services if requested.
• If you have completed one of our surveys, your answers will be stored electronically to enable us to formulate statistical reports in the future.

We will not disclose this information to third parties (other than our website developers and hosting agents) unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
5. What if you think we have incorrect information or you would like a copy of the information we hold about you?

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email margaretwhite@sandpiperconsulating.org. 

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to us as soon as possible to the above address. We will correct any information which was found to be incorrect promptly.
In addition, you can request that your personal information be removed from our records at any time. To do this you must notify us in writing and we will ensure that your personal information is removed.
